Optimized defaults don't do anything except resetting everything to default. Change some of your settings to "normal" or "turbo" to get shorter latencies, else, if you can manually adjust your memory timing settings, put everything to 2 instead of 3. This will compensate for the shorter output hold time on PC133 memory. Theoretically, the higher you clock, the better it should run but watch out for the problems with increased load on the DIMM clock. Turn off Spread Spectrum Modulation and enable DIMM PCI CLCK autodetect to shut off stray signals.
