And they tell you the same thing with BIOS flashes too. If your not having a problem, don't flash it. Or if what it fixes doesn't do anything for you, why bother?
I think that anology pertains to many things, software included. The updates are always "fixing something". I update if it has the "fix" for something I need...like messed up drivers etc or stability problems. If not, I don't bother. Why mess up something that's running right just to update?
