I'm posting this one a second time because I didn't get any responses. I'm just hoping that someone has an answer. My sister. amd I have both installed NICs on our systems (different brands, I a linksey, her a netgear.) The problem is that IE hangs for about 30 seconds to 2 minutes every 5-10 minutes of use. Is there some setting that you have to h\use in order for this not to happen? Aslo, how do you manually set the IP address of the NIC so that boot time isn't hugely increased? |
