You could use the format command, but I just use FDISK, and let windows format on its own. Now what I was saying about NERO is to just use the HDD back up utility that it has, and if you just burn the first disc of the HDD backup (provided your install will fit on one disc, you can check by right clicking the drive in my computer, and hitting prorerties) it will act just like a system restore disc, and take you all of ten minutes to reinstall winders.
