I went with a KK266-R last weekend and 256meg of generic PC133 ram. Of course I'm not looking to overclock the bus much higher than 133mhz. If you want something that will be "usable" for a while then go for the PC2100. I figure I will be upgrading again in six months and I would take my chances on memory still being cheap then. I paid $69 for my 256megs at the local computer show.

I assume you realize the KK266 and KT7A are not compatible with PC2100 memory. I don't know anything about the other motherboard you listed.
