I highly doubt, that it would be anything other than an AMD cpu. AMD-K6(tm) 3D processor is the original name for the k6-2 chips. As it was the first cpu to use 3dnow instructions. If it were a cyrix chip it would report "cyrix instead" as the cpuid.
