download a utility like the Powerstrip Performance Tuner from 3dfiles.com -- go to their downloads section and look for PERFTUNE.EXE

FWIW you can pretty much leave the core freq alone if you want, but clock the memory as high as it will stably run. You'll get one incredible performance boost in 3D, especially for 32-bit
