You can use the GIMP, which is a free download.
(Open source) www.gimp.org
Or you can get Macromedia Fireworks, which isn't a
free download. You can get a trial version from
their website (www.macromedia.com) but it times
out after 30 days. It creates/writes to a .sys
file in the root directory when you run it,
though, and I have a feeling if you deleted this
file after your trial was up, you'd get another
one. Haven't tried it, though, and you didn't
hear that from me.
