Go for even lower, if you can. The best overclock would be to run a 100 MHz bus, and I think you have very little chance of hitting 1G with a 667 (locked at a multiplier of 10). A FCPGA Cel 500 would give you 800 MHz, which should be pretty likely. The higher you go, the less your chance of hitting 100 MHz bus sucessfully.
