Obviously you have not figured out that MHz doesnt mean a thing. That 500 MHz in the PC world would be over 1500 MHz. It sounds as if you have such a bias about the PC world you have not bothered to even look into what the capabilities are of the Titanium.
Your even more offbase with your silly $5k price fixation.
Take some time to review all of the facts, ask questions of those using the equipment and get their opinions.
Check out the complete spec's and you'll see such things and built in firewire, 10/100 and how about a slot loading CD-RW..... Your money goies along way with a Mac.
I use all platforms, I see the good and bad of both and the bad column is very short on the Mac compared to let's say compaq.
Oh, the best was saved to last. It runs UNIX with a Mac Shell it's calle OSX. Better than anything Mr. Gates has.
