Thanks for the safe mode trick the first time in there there was lots of xtra stuff like 6 HD's &
other things & all that was left when I got done
was a mouse & a diabled PM (lost the keyboard somehow), I took to much out an lost it all, so I
tried a win 98 install & that failed too.
I have a old copy on a removable HD so I did a partition copy & went into safe mode & remove the
SiS & Acculogic stuff + what ideas you had it went
just going into regular win 98 but still the second set of HD controllers are broken.
I think I may leave it broken cause this is a real
bummer & there are better things to do then fight
windows all the time.
