hehehe, but there are a few things you can try. First, since you are on the internet, get the Intel latest chipset .inf files and save them on your HDD.

Delete all IDE controllers in safe mode or if you can't get there, do it in standard mode and then run the inf file. That one is the newer version of the Abit Inf file so you should have no problems.

reboot

check whether that helps but I would go back to a safe setting, e.g. 75 MHz and make sure that your AGP speed is set to 2/3 when upping the FSB (it is easy to forget that one)
