They've got a cushy job. All you gotta do is stand in front of a goofy map once or twice a night and say partially sunny with a chance of precipitation, and you've got every day's weather covered. After all, even if there isn't a cloud in the sky, it's only partially sunny because it's not sunny at night. And a chance or precipitation could mean no rain/snow/etc. at all. I'm in the wrong business.
