The CD-1000 has been out fro some time, bulkier though and only 2.1 megapixels. But it had a viewfinder. This is 3+ megapixels...but I still with it had a viewfinder rather than a LCD view, neve rthe less Im pre-ordering mine =) And @ $999 its WAY cheaper than the original CD-1000 by $300 at least. so this one should show up at places like Shopper.com for cheaper - I cant wait. =)
