Timing XCopy over network-drives

Hi, I'm curious to why I can't get an automated xcopy command to work over network-drives. I can klick on the batch-file and it works but when it runs automatically it doesn't copy a thing. I have added a little time stamp at the beginning/end of the batch file so I can see how long it takes and it says it started the copy and ended the copy at the same time, which is not possible it takes at least 15 minutes. Anyone have a clue to what I'm doing wrong?
