Cant get KT7A to run 133 bus with 1.33G....?

I cannot get my KT7A to run 133 bus for anything... wont even start up.... no post no nothing... if i change the FSB to 266.... multioplier 10 and FSB of 133 is 1.33G but it doesnt work... even with the latest bios.

Is there a sight out there with a list of all the bios setting there running... the choiecs are endless and their driving me crazy...
