This year I think that I can make about $300/day. Well it wasn't always like that. I had to suffer through two brutal years in northern Ontario, but things are looking real good since I'm going on five years experience I got on with a very good company. The problem with this job is that after a while the money just becomes too good and you actually start to like it. Every year you forget how hard it actually is and you just remember the fun times you had and get all nostalgic and stuff. Then, once you are out on the block, harsh reality kicks but by this time its already too late...

Anyway, this is definitavely my last year (for now...) since I will be starting my masters (in physics) in September.

Let me know what happens with the $250 geforce! If I were you though I would be very suspicious of this card since the price seems too good to be true. You know what they say. If it looks to good...
