yeah, give it back to them, but PROVIDED they re-employ you with all the fringe-benefits PLUS MORE!
say you have a proposal to them...
a) they can pay you a substantial amount (in the 5 figure mark)
or b) they can employ you, you will take care of the web-page etc. (as LED suggested)
or c) D E M A N D a million dollars, after all, you hold the ace card right? hehe, take a chance and you could either end up on easy street or wondering why the hell you didn't choose A or B.
