Not sure if it is an Upgrade bug or not. I have the full version, but the only reason the Restore Folder should increase in size is if you create restore points. Which if it's disabled it shouldn't be increasing and actually it should shrink when disabled. I turned mine off just before writing and it shrunk from a small 9MB to about 20KB. Of course, it still wouldn't let me delete the folder. Also, that is a 9MB Restore on a 1GB Windows Partition. Damn, just noticed my other computer was on MAX and it was up on 1800MB for the Folder. Set it down to Min and before the reboot it smacked it down to 768MB. Hopefully go down below 200MB after reboot if not I'll try disabling it. Definelty gonna have to look into this, but can disable it as well on other computer.
