Seems like a good deal - is there any snags I should be wary of?
Im not a gamer so ultimate 3D performance is not a high priprity.

I'm going to post the Matrox BBS to find out if it is compatible with my Rainbow Runner TV/Vidcapture PCI card.

I'll probably be plugging this into a new IWillKK266 mobo and 1GHz AXIA with 2x128MB Mushkin/Infineon,2,2,2 RAM for a 1.4GHz OC.

Comments appreciated. I know there are NVidia lovers out there, wont be going this route this time around.
