Anyone here have any tips on getting Win2k to install on a secondary HDD? I just picked up a 30gig 7200 RPM HDD, and it won't install anything properly.. (probably has something to do with Maxtor drives not playing well with other drives in the system..) I could use ideas ASAP, and I don't want to resort to doing something drastic.. (IE: installing a floppy drive =) I know I can do it with a FDD installed, but I'd like to know if it's possible without... For whatever reason, my Win2k Pro CD won't boot.. though it's booted from it in the past.. |
