I use one comm port for now.. My modem. No DSL/Cable here yet.. cable's "run into an unforseeable delay" and DSL won't be here until at least June (mind you, I'm the one installing the DSL connections around town once it's here... hehehe guess who's first? =]

PS: I'd just disable onboard sound, and I disab;e all the comm/serial ports I don't use.. frees up IRQs
