Blue Shift is the anticipated new episode for Half Life created by Gearbox software who also made Half Life Opposing Force. Blue Shift was only supposed to be for the Dreamcast console. Thankfully, someone at Sierra grew a clue and told Gearbox to go ahead and make a PC version too.

Excellent!

Just to give some background, instead of playing scientist Gordon Freeman, you play a guard (Barney ) caught in between the alien invasion and the secret military death squads.
