I noticed that you can export a Database Table to SQL:
1. In Database Window Select table you want to export
2. Select File-->Export
3. Enter Name of SQL Database.
4. Select for the Save as Type.
5. In the Select Data Source Dialog Box, double-click the SQL Server Data Source you want to use. Select OK

And then you can import the SQL Database Table sort of the same way.
1. Select File-->Get external Data-->Import
2. Select as file type
3. Select file you want to import

Not sure if that is what you wanted. I think you wanted the whole Database and not just a table. But that sounds like a way to do it.
Hope it helps you
