Can you tell from the pics if this is the same thing but repackaged? My current PC headphones (I can't use my Klipsch 4.1's late at night to play Serious Sam. 400 watts is a tad much ) are crappy Sony's. I was considering getting a set of Sennheiser HD580 cans with a DSP Pro processor for $200 at Audio Advisor. I don't think audiophile quality cans are appropriate for game playing. I think these RumbleFx headphones could be just the ticket.

PS - I have a set of Sennheiser HD600's and Musical Fidelity X-Cans V2.0 headphone amp hooked up to my Arcam 8SE CD player. When I use the hifi, I swear the orchestra is right in the room!!
