No as the tester has a load that would steal to much power & I would guess that redundent
PS's would be based on more then one kind of test for bad power.
All the voltages & currents of each voltage would have to be monitored.
& a second PS has to kick in very fast as not to allow the system to freeze or reboot.
All of this is not an easy task & I would not even attempt this with the help of my electronic computer friend that help me learn. This one is best left to the PRO's
