Are you sure it doesn't say "Computer Name:" where
you've got "User name"? What you've got here
looks like the setup screen for the MS Networks
Client (NetBIOS/NetBEUI). DHCP is for TCP/IP
Configuration, which is pretty much only used for
the internet, unless you have a big subnetted
network.

The domain name is the DNS identity for the
network. For instance .cpu-central.com, or in the
case of my work, .ivey.uwo.ca. The hostname is
the DNS identity of and individual computer on
that network. So, www.cpu-central.com, is a
combination hostname/domain name. www is the
hostname, cpu-central.com is the domain name.
The computer that I'm working on right now is
vstudio.ivey.uwo.ca ... vstudio is the hostname,
ivey.uwo.ca is the domain (network) name. That
answer you question?
