not a different video card, but an ISA video card. Sometimes you can get video on an ISA card and boot, and a bad BIOS flash can be recovered.

Although, if it's the wrong BIOS entirely, you may have to try bh's suggestion re: see if any local computer stores will swap you the BIOS chip from an identical RMA'd board.
