Thanks everybody for the comments. Right now it looks like I'll get the double 2.1's (that is if I can find a place to get them in Ottawa Canada!). I'm sure that they will be better than what I currently have

although I have to say that they pack quite a punch and are one of the best sounding 2.1 speaker set that I have heard. I see so many overpriced, crappy speakers these days that I feel sad for the poor guy that shells out 200$ for them without knowing better...
In case you were wondering about the review that I had mentioned, it was at Gamers Depot. FTL
