I just bought a 5.1 Pt not too long ago. I love the thing, but naturally there's always something better around the corner.
About speakers, I'm waiting for Klipsch to do a 5.1 system. That 4.2 deal for $300 is tempting, but I've already got 4 channels with a sub, and I can't justify the cost without adding a center. I've got Altec Lansing ACS42's in front (3" mid, 3/4" tweet) with an ACS251 sub, and the rear channels are ACS43's (3" "full-range"). My buddy has, I think, ACS53's (4"mid, 3/4" tweeter) with the ACS251 sub, and they CRANK. I'm really disappointed that Altec Lansing doesn't make good 2-ways like the ACS42 anymore.
