9 out of 10 times it will be winders/programs related or driver related (Chipset)..never have had it be the CPU on my machines and everything I have is AMD. Was Ram once, Chipset incompatibility once with Cinemaster, video drivers, and of course IE 5 or 5.1 and it's the stable version.
Sometimes it's the lack of people defragging their drives....running scan disk when necessary, getting rid of clutter......you just have to pay attention to what happened before the machine locked up. Alot of people don't and they think it's the CPU.
