If you can remember the model number and the company that made the modem. Just do a search using google.
And on some of the cheaper modems, usually you can look at the main chip on the modem and do a search on one of the numbers that happen to be on the chip. I found drivers for a $10 throw away modem that way. It had a Rockwell Chipset and and had a RSF### which is how I found the sucka.
