I am not sure if anybody really cares but

Napster was doing a legal bussiness of protecting people's orginal music that wanted to get
promoted (or just heard) without dealing with the big music companies.
That way the artist turns into Napster he orginal music & the artist gets to find out if there music is any good & maybe hit it big.
My stepson has uploaded like 3 songs to Napster & one of them went pretty far & he swears
by Napster.

My opipion is Napster started something even if Napster does die they will be remembered
cause they were the first & since Napster's begining software has been written that no server
base is needed so the spirit lives on in the internet (long live the dead).
Imagine if computer games or software cost as much as music oh ya I forgot about MicroSoft.
