"Front Side Bus (FSB)" refers to the path between the chipset Northbridge, and the physical processor.

On the Athlon, it runs at 100MHz DDR for a 200MHz effective transfer rate.

You are correct on the others, different busses run at different speeds.

The FSB and Memory Bus are sometimes confused because traditionally, they have run at the same speed -- but they don't have to.
