I have a 650e running 6.5 * 124Mhz (806Mhz) np's.

Runs around 38-45C.

FYI, I could only run the chip at 6.5 * 115 (748Mhz) for the first 2 months. Then it went to 806Mhz...been running at this speed for 6-7 months with never a problem.
