This is probably why you didnt get any posts in reply to this.
I have previously got a C366 to 550 and still have it but for over clocking you need SD100Ram- 'cause its that speed to which you want to be able to clock your front side bus.

Also the HP bios setup needs to be overiden so you can increase your FSB to 83 or 75 or whatever.
100 (ie: 550MHz) is optomisitic for a C366, only certain steppings could do it.

Maybe you should upgrade if the need permits. I say "need" 'cause if you need the performance then you'd be silly not to be continually upgrading every 12months to minimise losses on your system.
