if you can get into windows at all or even safe mode, do a search for *.pwl files.

delete the file with your user name (element.pwl)

or whatever. WARNING! this takes out all stored passwords for that user!!

might be able to do it with a boot disk. i dont know havent tried it.

reboot and you might be able to enter a new password.

havent had to do this for a couple years so my rememberer may be a little rusty on this.
