memory quality is more critical for FSB changes, as TKO noted, but better memory can improve the OVERALL system stability.

When clocking, even at default bus speed, you can still slightly destabilize things, in which case the sum of all factors may still add up against you.

150-200MHz will be dependent in particular on Al vs Cu core, what speed your starting from, etc. Less is possible.
