Although the BH6 "I think" can be adjusted up to a FSB of 133 the other components of your system will yark (video card, HDD, memory)for lack of a divider that will allow them to run at spec, or near spec, speeds. There are however components that will stand up to this amount of ocing but it would be far easier to get a chip designed to run on a 100 bus or a new mobo designed for the PIII 667EB chip. (B in EB designates that it is designed to operate on a 133 FSB.

It should be possible to run the chip, which has a clock multiplier of 5, at a FSB speed of 100. This system would run at 500MHz, but what fun would that be? It should allow you to at least have an operational computer until you can find another solution though.
