Basicaly i think you got the wrong Proccesor you need a 100Mhz FSB PIII.
Even if the chip would fire up tou ould lover the FSB but this would bring down its speed. I sugest you get the chip swapped for a PIII 700MHz Slot 1 CPU (based on a 100Mhz BUS)
