When you turn on the computer do they make any noise at atll can you hear them spin up but just wont boot? do both of them not start up?

If they seem to spin up but not boot could be the drive electronics? if they dont Spin up look into getting yourself a good 300Watt power supply.
Either way try a new power supply first as its the cheapest option
