I just change to W98SE from W98 after a format to my HD. The problem is my CPU usage(core) from system tools is very high when my computer is doing nothing!
Example when my download speed is going up my CPU usage is going down! When I start play an MP3 the CPU usage is going down again and when I stop rises again to 75%
I haven't noticed problem speeds, it looks fine, just this graf makes me wonders.
I have an ASUS P2B with P3/550@100Mhz, 192MB RAM, Diamond V550 AGP, SB PCI64 and an external Supra 56e pro modem.
Anyone can help?
