Frequent explorer crashes

I have problem with my Windows Explorer every time I start Windows explorer crashes for a few times (and sometimes again during work). As a result of this all iconf from systray are loosed. It started happening after I reinstalled Windows (95). I tried many solutions I found on Internet, but no one does the trick. Any sugestions (other than clean install)?
