If it is a Pencil trick error it prolly would boot wrong. I would look @ your Mem setting and change them to CAS3 as a lot of the earlier stuff couldn't do Turbo or CAS2.
Only a few of the Durons reach and crack the GHz mark so if the Mem isn't it why not back off to say 9X108 or something just under you speed and have a look.
