It is a Steam Engine from the Annual Mt. Pleasant Old Threshers Reunion each year somebody donated it years ago and they made that monument out of it in the Mt. P Park

During the last weekend of August you can see several Hundred of them in different sizes at the Fair grounds in Mt. Pleasant. I haven't been to it in years LOL usually to HOT and dirty LOL
