Souds very similar to overclocked video cards crashing because they can't handle the stress. But since your card doesn't appear to be overclocked, you should get it replaced if possible.

Other alternatives include lowering core/memory speeds, but the best way is to increase the memory latencies (via a bios flash) for better stability.
