for logo.sys either use tweakui boot tab
uncheck "display splashscreen while booting"
or edit msdos.sys change "logo=1" "to logo=0"
easier in msconfig than changing the "reading only" attribute before right clicking "edit"
and changing it back after.
(while in tweakui i check "always show boot menu"
the number of seconds is a matter of taste
i like 6 )
for logow.sys and logos.sys, just delete them from
the c:\windows directory
might want to leave logo.sys for AT mobo
alternatively you can drag all of them to the desktop,
rename them with .bmp extension, open them with mspaint,
and tweak them to your liking.
however, they must remain 320 pixels wide X 400 pixels high
and 256 colors.
then you can restore the .sys extension and copy any or all of them back where they came from.
have fun!!
