You just format the puppy with another computer running NT4. I'd stick with a partition size of 4096MB for the boot partition and then break the rest up but make sure your last partition starts before 7.8GB (this includes Linux and FAT32) NT4 doesn't like anything hanging out past that point from my experience. A very quick BSOD during boot after doing so with PQ Magic.
