lx chipset is holding you back. call dell technical support and ask about the bios flash. If it does open up the multipliers on it. U can use anything with the 66 mhz bus. otherwise your stuck with a 333. you also have to be careful about the voltage settings as they have changed over the course of the current processors.

if u can find a cheap abit lx6 it will support up to a celery 533. and im sure it will work with the cerely 700 if the voltage settings can be adjusted low enough. youll need a slocket too.
