Check in your CMOS for a setting that will allow you to boot from CD-ROM. You can install windows directly from there. My system (P3V4X) allows me to do this since I threw my floppy in the trash about a year ago.

However, I am still working on a way to flash my bios without one. Thinking of making a boot disk on CD, but I have not got around to attempting it yet.
